Biography
Ariane Hügli, born in 2001, grew up on the verge of the Emmental and spent summers every year in Bosnia with her mother's family.
In 2022, she began studying Camera Arts at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Design, Film & Art, and is currently working on her bachelor's thesis. Ariane Hügli's work is characterized by the processing of personal experiences and identities with the medium of photography. She is interested in the ambivalences and connections between spoken and visual language, which she attempts to mediate in her practice.
